This tour was fantastic, we had an incredibly memorable day! Yuki was a really great guide, she was friendly and so informative about the city, culture, and various stories. The private car worked out really well, it was comfortable and very convenient. And we could alter the tour on-the-fly. Yuki took us through the Senso-Ji temple area, took us to a delicious katsu restaurant, and more.

I cannot say enough good things about our tour, our tour guide Mari, our driver, and all of the places we visited! We had such a wonderful day! We enjoyed learning so much about every stop we made (Hamarikyo Japanese Garden, Tsukiji Outer Fish Market, Shibuya Crossing, and Tokyo Sky tree tower) as Mari had great knowledge and insight to share. She had a fantastic recommendation for a Tonkatsu lunch at Onotesando, a place we definitely could never have found on our own. It was such a delicious meal (I recommend you try the black pork tonkatsu if you get a chance!) and she helped us understand all the sauces and accompaniments so that we had the best experience of the meal. She even helped us plan our next day without her based on conversations we had throughout the day. Our driver was a driving ace, navigating the busy roads, narrow alleys, and pedestrians with patience and precision. We all laughed a lot and had such a pleasant time. I only wish we would have had more time or another day!!

This was a great tour - very personal and Mr Sazuki made sure we saw the highlights we wanted.
It was our fault we started a little late and traffic on Saturday night at start of Chinese new moon festival also caused some problems but overall we saw everything we wanted.
We spent time strolling Dow Koppabashi Street where we shopped for knives and saw some of their plastic food supplies! Then we went to Senso Ji which was very crowded! We did Imperial Palace walking through East Gardens and Shibuya Crossing but it was so bad with traffic and people, we did not get out, we just viewed thousands of people scrambling over the square every time the lights change - up to 3000 people at a time! We walked through the Sihinduku area - packed with young Japanese enjoying a Saturday night in summer.
Great tour but we missed the Shinto shrine due to running out of time & light!
With this being s private tour you see what you want and it will be personalised to your requests but their recommendations. You go at your own pace and you do not have to wait for others. You get to ask your own wuestions and undivided attention if your knowledgeable, trained guide.
Great - would definitely recommend

My wife and I loved our time with Lito as our guide showing us around Osaka. His love and knowledge for the city and area was evident and having an english fluent guide made the tour so much easier for us. He made a serious effort to cater the tour destinations towards our interest and was always engaged and funny, the right balance always. Thank you Lito for the experience, we appreciate you so much

We had an excellent tour experience in Tokyo due in large part to my wonderful guide Andy.
Andy was in touch with me via Whatsapp ahead of time so that we were able to easily customize the itinerary according to time, interest, and spur-of-the-moment requests. He had a wealth of information about the various points of interest, and he was expertly able to convey that information (both in verbal and pictorial form). I was traveling with mother-in-law who has mobility and other issues, but Andy was patient, competent, and had a calming energy that made our experience both relaxing and meaningful.
I recommend this tour and Andy without reservations. Andy is an excellent guide, and I plan to seek him out future tours when I am in Tokyo.

Best guide yet! We had a wonderful time and she really put time into organizing our day to get the maximum amount out of our day.
The kids wanted to see their anime characters and she didn't disappoint!

The Japan CIty Tour was well paced, very informative and interesting, and Yumi, our tour guide was simply amazing. Professional, attentive and courteous, she was at the same time, quite entertaining and gave us insights on Japan culture and norms that you don’t find in published materials. Every site was unique, lovely, unforgettable, from the gardens in the Edo Palace, the Sensoji Temple, and views from the Tokyo skyscraper. Beautiful city.
