We reserved a round trip shuttle from the airport to our hotel prior to leaving for Cabo. Everything went exactly as promised. Shuttle was waiting for us when we landed and at our hotel the morning we checked out. Our drivers were great and I would highly recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle for your transportation needs!

Very clean cars and good drivers. There were no glitches or delays. The prices were pretty reasonable for the service (about 161 dollars for a round-trip in a private SUV that carries up to 5. ). The process was very methodical with regular updates about pickup at the airport and hotel. Also the one time I contacted the sales team via email I got a response in minutes.
I’ll definitely use this service again when I’m in Cabo next.

Worst shuttle experience. Upon arriving at the Cabo airport and finally locating the Epic agents, we learned from them that our names were not on their list. so we ended up waiting for like 20 min for them to make arrangements. On our return date , with the pick up time previously arranged by Epic ( which would get us to the airport approximately 3 hours before our international flight) we checked out about 30 min before our arranged pick up time not to be late. I texted Epic just to let them know we were ready. 10 min later I get a message that they apologize for not letting me know sooner , but they pick up time has been moved to over an hour late. I told them I didn't want to have a problem and rush at the airport. They assured me it wouldn't be an issue. The driver came on time to pick us up which made us happy. But then he ended up making 3 stops at different hotels on the way to the airport. Most people that were getting picked up from the other 3 hotels , were not ready or waiting. (like we were).
We ended up getting to the airport extremely late. Had to rush to use the bathroom and get some food to go to the plane. Not a fun experience considering the fact that we wanted to browse through Duty Free to get some souvenirs. Honestly I would not use again or recommend this company to others.

If you’ve been to Cabo before you know how hectic the airport can be. The Cabo Airport Shuttle crew was right where they were supposed to be at our arrival time. The vehicle was clean and top notch, and our drivers (both directions) were excellent. We don’t use any other private shuttle service.

I can not recommend this company. I travel to Mexico a lot and there are a ton of great luxury SUV services. This company is about quantity and not quality. It’s the only service I’ve used that you don’t walk immediately to your car and driver. I sat with twenty other people in the Cabo heat as one female worker tried to organize it all. My driver arrived 15 minutes later. You pay extra for private transportation and it should feel exclusive. This company is a cattle call.

Due to thunderstorms in Dallas we were 5 hours late for our connection to Cabo. I emailed and texted Viator Cabo Airport Shuttle to let them know we would be in at 8:15 the following morning. That night the driver called me at our hotel in Dallas to confirm our arrival. When we arrived in Cabo the area manager, Karin, told me that we were no shows and our prepaid ticket had been cancelled. Fair enough, but she told us the return trip was also cancelled. I tried to reason with her but she was too self-important. She told me that for an additional $180 we could buy a new ticket. We declined and paid transportation terrestre $80 to take us to the resort. With the uncertainty of air travel I caution fellow travelers NOT to
Make reservations with this company because they will rip you off.
