Manuel was an amazing historical expert to guide us through the city of Florence. He was incredibly accommodating to our schedule and my father’s limited mobility needs. He took us to some major tourist areas and many hidden gems. The final stop for our tour was for some amazing gelato and it just ended the day perfectly. Through it all, he kept our group of 10 organized and was just a warm and kind person to speak with throughout. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Our guide Laura was excellent , spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. We had already visited Florence fifteen years ago , this walk was perfect to reconnect with the city and all its treasures.

Alessandro, our guide, was outstanding. It was a Monday (the only day we had free), and most of the museums were closed. On top of that it was raining softly all day. This could have - should have - been a nightmare. Alessandro made it a dream. We've had private guided tours all over the world and never had a better tour guide. Alessandro is deeply knowledgeable, and showed us aspects of Renaissance Florence we could have never known were there: secret, hidden doors in walls, coats of arms of rival families, the backstory of so many buildings and bridges; the guilds and artists and patrons - he made Renaissance Florence come alive. Alessandro was not mailing it in. He was attentive and interesting and engaged. None of the pushy, bossy attitude, or the ennui that sometimes infects guides. Can't say enough good things about the guy.
