we had a private tour and we got charged for leaving our personal items in the vehicle.

Views from the bus ride from our hotel to the site. Our guide gave us lots of background information including insight into the history and geography of Honolulu and of the Memorial to those who gave their lives for our freedom.

Ian the tour guide. He did a real fantastic job. Explained everything to a detail. Very helpful. Took us into Pearl an explained what an where to go. Also about different things that we could fit into the trip. Also the city tour was great and he took pictures of us at all the different places. Thanks again.

Ian made up for the fact that we couldn’t go out to the Arizona due to high winds, so he took us to Ford Island and the Aviation Museum to make up for it. He helped to make the most of the experience despite the weather.

He was very informative on our drive to and from the Memorial.

I paid over a thousand dollars for it, and not able to see the USS Arizona. I wish I could have my money back.

Tour bus ride to the museum had multiple local pickup stops and driver shared lots of the state historical/current information. Unfortunately for ride back to resort, as we arrived at the parking lot on time (as instructed by driver) we saw the bus driving away. We did not receive any call or text message from the driver to let us know the bus was leaving without us. I called customer service who tried to contact the driver multiple times but no response and therefore we had to pay for Lyft ride instead.
