The driver (forgot her name) was very friendly and helpful. Very prompt and I would use this service again. She had water in the car which I really appreciated. She shared with me information about the Vegas and things to do which I needed. I have used Viator all over the world and they have never disappointed. All services have been very professional, and we had always had a great experience. I have recommended Viator to many of my friends since you all deliver such a high quality of experience. The courteous and professional. I was still able to have the same driver after the flight was detoured and arrived 1 hour late. The company reached out to see if I still needed the service.

Pretending like a luxury car was going to pick us up $60 laters and only a 10 min ride they sent a beat up minivan to pick us up I will not book with them again

It was difficult to tell what vehicle the driver was in, especially since it's been clearly noted in past Viator reservations we've had. Or the vehicles were at least more easy to identify. This vehicle was an unmarked white minivan.
The Cosmopolitain has a system that people were supposed to check in when pickung guest up. The Bell Hop checked & no one had checked in for us. Then, when I was going to call the company, Transferz, I noticed i had 2 blocked calls & 1 voicemail. There was no message on the voicemail. There seemed to be a little bit of a language barrier initially, but in the end we got everything figured out. The gentleman was very kind, but the process of trying to find each other in the Cosmo garage was a little messy.
Going forward, we'll pay more attention to who the company is. We've never had issues with Bell or Carmel Car & Limousine services. We just assumed it would be one of them. Lesson learned.

I thought I was purchasing a black suv ride. The driver arrived in a Honda CRV, I felt deceived because they don’t tell you the type of vehicle but all the pictures are of black vehicles.

They tried to change my 7am reservation to 4am, then when I pushed back they honored 7am but sent an old mini van to transport us.
