Booked via Viatour and tried to reconfirm 5 days prior to arrival, no reply to my WhatsApp messages for over 24 hours so emailed and another 24 hours without a response. NOT A GOOD EXSPRIENCE

Wow- avoid the chaos leaving the airport.
Having transportation waiting on you is a luxury that costs a few dollars more than a taxi. Super easy to book and super easy to get securely to the hotel. Worth every penny.

I was able to book less than 24 hours prior to arrival. My driver waited through a delay and long baggage claim experience and still greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. I will always use this company when traveling!

I strongly don't recommend this transportation. Even though it looks cheaper price, they cancel the plan with the last minute's notice. They don't care about customers at all. And Viator also doesn't help the situation.
I made a reservation two months early for a flight arriving at 11 am, but I didn't have any contact from then until the day before the travel. Therefore I contacted an agent. And then they canceled my booking in less than 24 hours. I got a full refund, but since it was last minute's notice I couldn't make another booking, I paid 3 times more expensive local taxi instead.
