Picked up at airport as scheduled. Wanted to stop by information bureau at airport but driver apparently did not know where it is or did not want to take the time.
Transfer from airport to water taxi very good.
Transfer via water to stop very good, but waves were high, so it was difficult for me to get off taxi. Although driver helped, it was not well organized for someone with mobility difficulties.
Expensive but better than using public transportation.

Had a bit of a difficulty locating the driver, but once we meet, he was very helpful with luggage and drove safety through traffic. Transferred to water taxi with no problem.

It was so nice to be met at the airport for the transfer to the hotel - planes, cars and watertaxis! Despite a little confusion in connecting with our driver, once underway, it was smooth as silk.

This transfer was professional and smooth. Never having been to Venice, I was unsure about how this transfer would work, but it was easy! Communication was excellent. The water taxi picked us up near our hotel, so we didn’t have to navigate any stairs with our giant suitcases. It took us to an air-conditioned sedan with a professional driver. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I cannot go ZERO stars but when the driver never shows up, 1 star seems too high. I will give credit to the service rep at Transferz who tried to find out where the driver was. He also promised to provide a refund so we could make other arrangements.
