I had an issue and needed to cancel last minute. Marco was amazing, he made sure that I received a refund through trip advisor and was extremely understanding. I’m sad we couldn’t take the cruise but so thankful that the tour operator was nice enough to help assist in getting me refunded.

The tour was really nice, the driver was friendly and it was a nice end to our vacation.
We booked and paid online, but we didn't see the $70 in cash (no tip) for the captain. These hidden costs are annoying, we would have preferred to have paid more beforehand. Only the third ATM worked and I was able to hand the captain his undeclared money.
We didn't have any champagne.

I surprised my fiancée with a sunset skyline cruise proposal! Everything was so perfect: the champagne was tasty, we were able to play whatever songs we wanted and sang along. And of course, the ride itself was exhilarating and calm at the same time.
We traveled with Luca who was very friendly! He explained everything we needed to know, and even took breathtaking pictures of us in front of the skyline. I recommend this service and him as captain.
