This is a great choice for those that have limited time in Japan. Our tour guide, Ali, was awesome. He was knowledgable about the Mount Fuji area and gave us a very good experience. I highly recommend this tour and you should ask for Ali!

Rana took us to all the right places, we had heavy snow the night before so some places were closed however Rana changed to suit and we had a great time and saw Mt Fuji at its best. Great day and highly recommend .

Travelling as a family with a 4 and 9 year old, we wanted the private experience to make it the best it could be for our girls. Sakib was fantastic at communicating with us before the day and the travelling was seamless. He was very polite, helpful and extremely patient. We were able to take the day at a pace that suited the children which was exactly what we were after and Sakib was great at suggesting the itinerary or ammendments. Would highly recommend. We expected to learn a lot more information about each stop on our itinerary, but instead were left to our own devices. This was more of a driver service. We were simply dropped off and told what time to return to the van. Zero information; so do your research beforehand.
Our driver, Ali, also asked a number of inappropriate, intrusive questions that were personal in nature. I’m not sure what the point of the questioning was, but it seemed he was profiling us. They had no place in a professional OR casual setting. It made us feel very uncomfortable, so much so that we cut the tour short.
I wouldn’t recommend this tour. But if you’re looking to get from point A to point B (with hopefully a different driver), then it might meet your expectation.

It was such a great experience. Even though the entrance to Mount Fuji was closed we got a great view driving back because the sun was out. Our friendly and courteous help Mr. BHATTI MOHAMMED made sure we had a great experience of the Hawakuchi lake and Oshi.

I thought we paid for a private guided tour with a local guide who speaks English. We were terribly disappointed that what we got was a foreigner (non-Japanese) driver who merely drove us from point to point with no explanation on history or culture and no recommendation where to go or best to do. By the time we got to Hakone (driver let us off at Owakudani) it was close to 4pm with last cable car ride at 415pm. We had no time to explore the area and had no choice but to jump on the cable car before last ride. Really disappointing experience for the price paid supposedly for a customised private guided tour. Would strongly discourage anyone from taking this up at this price!

The trip was awesome. Ali is an English speaking driver & tour guide was very helpful and informative. He recommended us where to go since we were with the kids and seniors. Didnt go much places but with the conditions we were satisfied.
Luckily we could go to the 5th stations of my fuji.

The driver cum guide was very helpful and fluent in English. He suggested a halal restaurant and took us to a masjid in Lake Kawaguchi so we can performed our solat. Places we visited were Mt Fuji 5th Station, Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Mosque, Yamanaka and Gotemba Premium Outlet. Alhamdulillah we had a great sight seeing.
