Aside from the amazing views and excellent condition of the boat, our Captain was very welcoming, kind, and respectful. It was a smooth ride the whole time and she was always aware of our surroundings.

Took my family for a great experience and a memorable ride with Captain Walter. We were all pleased with his hospitality and comfort. We'll definitely come back for another round and highly recommend to ask for Walter as your Captain.

NEVER SHOWED UP… we booked this excursion at 1pm for a 7:30 departure my credit card was immediately charged and the trip confirmed. We awaited the further pick up instructions After several calls / messages to the tour operator we never got any response. We called Viator customer service and they assured us the trip was confirmed and to meet at 240 las olas circle. We arrived only to find the address was a construction site.. after several calls and walking aimlessly around 2 marinas I am still awaiting a refund and response. I realize this trip was booked the day of but there is no excuse for taking someone’s $$ and confirming a trip that clearly was not going to happen.

We BOOKED our trip PAID in full for it, received a CONFIRMATION and a phone number to call….. NO ONE from Boat ever contacted us. The dissatisfaction is deep, family was looking forward to it and NO One had a solution except refund our money.

Friendly captain and beautiful views, but we would have preferred looping back across the coast again instead of 30 minutes sitting in one spot at the end. The boat is not as pristine as shown in the photos. We were picked up on a dock with signs saying "no charter boats", and the boat did not have an assigned slip.
