Your private driver will pick you up at your desired time, in your desired place in Rome or at the cruise port of Civitavecchia. In case of being an arrival transfer please send us your cruise details at the time of booking. Driver will be waiting for you and your party in the cruise port at the required time. In case of a departure transfer please let us know as well the pick up address in Rome and as well your cruise details to arrange the pick up time correctly. All our drivers and professional and our vehicles are licensed to operate in the city of Rome.
In case you book a daily roundtrip, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Roundtrip transfer does not include vehicle disposition during your time in Rome.
In case you book a shore excursion, please provide desired pick up time at the port, and desired time you would like to be back at the port. Remember the 5 hour disposition is INSIDE the city of Rome.

Car Service Roma arranged all our transportation in Rome, and it was perfect. The drive from Rome to the cruise port was smooth; on time and with a great communication beforehand. The transportation company was very flexible with the timings and answered always fast. Price is very fair for the level of the service.

Driver was early. Tony was very accommodating and enjoyed our translation app so we could communicate well. We had a slight change in our drop off place which he accommodated no problem. In price comparison they are competitive with other private services. I would hire them again!

Very good experience with Luca and his transport company! Vehicle was of a good size, clean and comfortable. We were a group of 8 with quite a bit of luggage and Luca helped us load and unload them. Really appreciated that. He was punctual and friendly too! Thank you!

The Driver went to the wrong cruise port for pickup and we ended up not using this service we paid for in advance. Since we were on a tight schedule to catch our return flight home, we had to make other arrangements last minute at the port with a different taxi service. The company did recognize the mistake and refunded the fare. So I give them credit for that.

They were great! Reliable and I would absolutely recommend them. Car was clean and diver was courteous. Getting off the ship is very confusing with lots of people trying to figure out where they need to go and our driver texted me and gave updates as to his status.
