Just completed trip of a lifetime. Had a couple of great days in Rome - made all the better by our driver, Carlo and fantastic tour guides (Allesandro - Vatican and Luigi - Colosseum and old Rome) truly made this a memorable trip. We learned so much and felt like we were in very good hands. Carlo even made lunch reservations for us at a great Cafe. We would never have enjoyed the experience or enjoyed ourselves so much without their care and expertise. Carlo was the absolute best!!!

Tours of Southern Italy....Carmine was awesome to work with and helped organize our trip. His driver, Gaspere, was FANTASTIC! I tend not to leave reviews but the transportation services and Gaspere help make our trip, we were above and beyond satisfied. Quite frankly, I couldn't say enough good things about our new friends.

We booked through Carmine Ussano. Best decision we could have made. Booked private drivers from Napoli Centrale to Sorrento with a private tour of Herculaneum and winery tour and lunch at foot of Mt. Vesuvius enroute. Private boat trip to Capri from Sorrento, private driver along length of Amalfi coast and private driver back to Napoli Centrale from Sorrento. Guides and drivers were professional yet friendly and engaging, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely helpful. Don't hesitate to book through Carmine! Our visit to southern Italy would not have been the same had we not.Pricing was fair. Stress was low. Recommendations by locals were spot on. Thank you Carmine!!

Our tour guide Tonino was excellent. He showed up 15 minutes early to pick us up at our hotel and we were ready to go at 08:15. This got the tour off to a great start because we were able to beat some of the crowds in the popular stops in and around Amalfi. Prior to the tour, we were having difficulty confirming a restaurant reservation and the tour operator helped us out -- we had a fabulous lunch at Da Ciccio Cielo Mare Tierra which I highly recommend! The tour lists Ravello as optional but I strongly recommend making this stop a priority. VIlla Rufalo and the surrounding gardens are extraordinary and the views are incredible!

I went to Italy for our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier to use Private Luxury Tours in Italy services. We travelled through Italy with them and had such an amazing experience. From the first communication, they were prompt, professional and friendly and we instantly knew we were in great hands and didn’t have to worry about a thing. We told them our interest and likes and they designed a fantastic itinerary for us. We were able to skip the long lines at the major attractions, but most importantly we were always in beautiful Mercedes vehicles with super knowledgeable, friendly and professional drivers. We got to see much more than anyone else traveling on public transportation or big buses. Most important, we connected with the locals and experienced the real authenticity of Italy. We felt we were never taken to tourist spots but instead we ate where the locals ate and we have seen parts of Italy that are still unknown to most of the mass tourist. We hope to go back soon but would highly recommend them to anyone. I want to thank everyone who helped preparing everything for us especially Breanna and Carmine. What a great team!

My husband and I took an all day boat ride from Positano to Capri. We loved it. Carmine was very professional and helpful when planning our trip which went off without a hitch. Luigi was our boat captain who was knowledgeable and quite friendly. His boat the Momma Mia was beautiful and comfortable. We are hoping to take our family on this trip in the future. I highly recommend Private Tours of Southern Italy.
