1. Tomb of King Tutankhamun (Tut)
King Tutankhamun, the most famous king in the world. This young king from the New Kingdom was around 10 years old when he ascended the throne and died when he was only 19. You will get the chance to be face to face with his royal mummy in his tomb in the Valley of the Kings
2. Valley of the Kings
First you will be transported to the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor. This ancient necropolis is a must-see for Luxor travelers. There you visit four royal tombs, including the Tomb of Ramses, the Tomb of Horemheb, the Tomb of Merenptah and of course the Tomb of King Tut. The tomb of Tutankhamun is the only tomb in Valley of the Kings that was discovered nearly intact in 1922. The discoverer of his tomb was Howard Carter. Tut's famous golden mask is on display at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, but here you have the opportunity to be amazed at the royal mummy of the young king. After visiting the tombs you will be transported to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahari),
3. Tomb of Ramses III
The tomb of Ramesses III, designated as KV 11, is a complex system in the Valley of the Kings. It has been known since antiquity,the wonderful decorations include colourful painted sunken reliefs featuring the traditional ritual texts (Litany of Ra, Book of Gates etc) and Ramses before the gods. Unusual here are the secular scenes, in the small side rooms of the entrance corridor, showing foreign tributes, such as highly detailed pottery imported from the Aegean, the royal armoury, boats and, in the last of these side chambers, the blind harpists that gave the tomb one of its alternative names: ‘Tomb of the Harpers’
4. Tomb of Merenptah
In Egyptian mythology, Ptah is the demiurge of Memphis, god of craftsmen and architects. In the or simply in its falcon form of the new deity, began to be placed in tombs to accompany and protect the dead on their journey to the West of Luxor .Tomb 8, which is located in the Valley of the Kings, was the burial place of the Pharaoh Merneptah and is the model of royal tombs Merneptah was a son of Ramesses II and Queen Isis-Nofret.the tomb was discovered by Howard Carter in 1903. Of coursethere is a material decrease in the number of lateral rooms, and a dramatic increase in the height of the corridors and rooms. He did away with the jogged axis used since the time of Horemheb and instead built the entire tomb on a single axis. Also, for the first time, the entrance was made considerably wider than earlier tombs .
5. Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari
After visiting the tombs you will be transported to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahari), the only woman ever to reign over Egypt as Pharaoh. 6. Colossi of Memnon
. Afterwards, you will be taken to see the Colossi of Memnon, the two largest ancient statues in Egypt which date back to the era of King Amenhotep III. He was the father of King Akhenaten and grandfather of King Tut. After touring the sites you will be transferred back to your hotel by an air-conditioned vehicle. 7. Tomb of Ramases IX
Tomb of King Ramesses lX was the third pharaoh of the Twentieth Dynasty of the New Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. His name prior to assuming the crown was Amonhirkhopshef. He was the fifth son of Ramesses III and was appointed to the position of crown prince by the twenty-second year of his father's reign when all four of his elder brothers predeceased his promotion to crown prince . The tomb has so much colour and detail even the ceiling above the sarcophagi with its goddess Nut stretching across the space. The sarcophagus is one of the largest in the valley, even though some of the paintings have deteriorated this is one of the most decorated.
8. Tomb of Ramses IV
The tomb of Ramses IV (KV 2) in the Valley of the Kings is rather different than most other tombs built here. This tomb is by far the most spectacular of the other tombs you will see. The hieroglyphics on the wall depict scenes from the Litany of Ra, Book of the Dead, Book of Caverns, the Book of the Heavens, Book of Amduat, and the Book of the Night. The blue and white colors on the walls inside the burial chamber are very vibrant and you can see the king's sarcophagus made of rose-colored granite. There is also a beautiful scene of goddess Nut on the ceiling, where she is depicted swallowing the sun, and it traveling through her stomach, for Nut to give birth to it. 9. Valley of the Queens
Valley of the Queens, Luxor, Egypt The Valley of the Queens (Arabic: Wādī al-Malekāt) is a site in Egypt, in which queens, princes, princesses, and other high ranking officials were buried. Pharaohs themselves were buried in the Valley of the Kings. The Valley of the Queens was known anciently as Ta-Set-Neferu, which has a double meaning of "The Place of Beauty" and/or "the Place of the Royal Children the tombs at the Valley of the Queens was pioneered by Ernesto Schiaparelli and Francesco Ballerini in the early 1900s. The Valley of the Queens consists of the main wadi, which contains most of the tombs, along with the Valley of Prince Ahmose, the Valley of the Rope, the Valley of the Three Pits, and the Valley of the Dolmen. The main wadi contains 91 tombs and the subsidiary valleys add another 19 tombs. The burials in the subsidiary valleys all date to the 18th Dynasty
10. Tomb of Queen Titi
The tomb of Queen Titi is one of the smaller royal tombs found within the Valley of the Queens. What elevates this tomb is the enticing mystery surrounding who exactly Queen Titi was.

We spent the day with Abdul Ali touring the westbank Nefertari and King Tutt’s tombs Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple etc. Abdul is extremely knowledgeable and educated us on so many things (and pronunciations). Abdul has been doing this a long time and clearly loves what he does! He took great care of us and the driver too! If you find yourself in Luxor you should plan a tour with Luxor Travels and request Abdul! Thank you Abdul for a once in a lifetime experience!!

We had a very knowledgeable and enjoyable experience.Abdul’s knowledge during our tour was very impressive. Also he explained to us what was a good price to pay, when we got approached by person asking us to buy souvenirs and that we are under no obligation to buy .
The tour was well planned out and ran smooth and it was delivered with passion and enthusiasm. Only con I have about the tour was, that we thought the tour guide would have been with us while we viewed attractions and explained whilst we walked around. But otherwise it was a lovely tour.
We would recommend!!

Our guide RagbA was very nice and knowledgeable. Very interesting story telling. The sites visited were extremely nice. The king valley was definitely the highlight of the day. We visited a total of 5 tombs by adding seti 1 as a special request. Definitely recommend RagbA and this tour. A private tour is the best as you can go to your pace. The car and driver were perfect. Thanks to visitor for this memorable journey

Luxor Travels is first rate. From the moment I booked the tour in August, Mr. Ragab was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Appreciated his responsiveness before, during and after the tour. He conducted the tour himself and I was able to customize it based on our Nile cruise schedule. I received reminders as we approached our scheduled date, and he was quick to respond to my queries. He also made suggestions and was sure to bring us back to the boat promptly. It was wonderful to leave Queen Nefertari's tomb for the finale and wrap up our visit to Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens. It was so colorful and spectacular indeed! The highlight of our day!

Our driver picked us up early at the location where we were docked in Luxor. Both drivers spoke English and it was easy to communicate.

I highly recommend Luxor Travels and have nothing but high praises for the staff and their team specially Mr. Ragab.

Would definitely return to Egypt to experience more of the country. Thank You very much. We enjoyed and had so much fun.

I was lucky, or maybe it was normal, but we had a private tour!

We were able to efficiently visit the main tourist spots on the west side of Luxor.

・Valley of the Kings

・Temple of Hatshepsut

・Valley of the Queens (including the tomb of Nefertani)

And our guide Rajab was very polite and waited for us without worrying about the time while we were taking lots of photos and videos.

He also spoke a little bit of Japanese, not just English!

He taught me about the history of ancient Egypt in both English and Japanese, and my 61-year-old mother was very satisfied!

Definitely a bucket list experience! To have a professor who is motivated and personable made it even better. He allowed us to really stress where we thought we’d wanna spend the most time then he made several suggestions which is made a bit better. We left their feeling like one most rewarding days of our life.

I have just came back from my tour and I want to thank our guide Ahmed Eziz for making it so nice. If I can share my honest feedback, I would advise everyone to take this experience with him. He picked up us on time, answered all our questions (and my boyfriend had a lot to ask), he is so kind,so atentive and o top of everything, so honest. The amount of details he shared with us would not be found online. Our trip would definitely be the same without him. Below you can see a pic of Ahmed and my boyfriend.

The tombs and the temples were unreal and beautifully decorated the guide was very friendly and kind the only downside is that the entry tickets are quite expensive for some places,overall a memorable experience
