Driver is prompt; nice and professional. Car is very clean; almost brand new. Would use the car service again with my next visit to jfk.

This is my third time using Jet Black Transportation. Every chauffeur was courteous, professional, and punctual. I was impressed with their high quality service throughout the entire process. I will continue to use their service and recommend this company to all I know traveling to New York City.

What a wonderful experience. Traveled with the family to NY for fun. The kids really enjoyed seeing the greeter with our name on an IPad. SUV was top of the line and on time. Very friendly. Will be booking the return trip with them as well. Trip 35508

Booked a long weekend in New York City to celebrate my wife's birthday. Used Jet Black to transfer from the airport to mid-town Manhattan. Scheduling was easy. The prices were excellent. The driver communicated with this and showed up at the expected time. Very professional and courteous.
Our overall experience with JetBlack was excellent. We will be sure to use them every time we visit NYC. I highly recommend them !

BEWARE! SCAM Operator

TLDR: dont book their service if you want a reliable and punctual transportation service. Ubers are the best.

I paid more than $550 for a luxury van to take me from Manhattan to JFK Airport, scheduled for 4pm on 26 Dec 2023.

The “luxury van” did not show up. Despite me calling the Jet black office multiple times, the driver was apparently uncontactable. The office also did not send any replacement driver. After waiting close to half an hour, family family and i hopped into a couple of Uber XLs (which took 2mins to arrive) to get to the airport. If i had waited any longer for Jet black, i would definitely have missed my international flight.

Terribly disappointed in the service (or lack there of) that Jeblack provided. And they claim to be a luxury transportation service. Absolutely rubbish. They’ve got zero reliability and i regret booking with them

I've taken this car service from JFK to NYC a few times now and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very communicative, and my driver Jeffrey has been amazing both times I've had a trip with him.
