We had a wonderful experience going to Pisa from Florence. Our driver was on time and very nice (only thing - they said water would be provided so we didn't bring any with us and didn't get any - had 2 9 year olds with us who could have used it - was a bit of a ride).
Only thing is that I wish we had more time in Pisa. We got maybe 1.25 hours and sat while the "young ones" climbed the tower. We bought tickets for the cathedral but didn't have time once they came down to go in. Needed to buy water and a snack given we were gone 4 hours from our homebase.
Was great seeing the scenery as we drove to and fro. Learned a lot from our driver about the farming, trees and history of the areas.

This booking served two purposes. A chance to see Pisa and be the transfer to the train station. Communication with company was excellent to know what time to book train and drop off and pick up was smooth. Although this was a very nice trip I’d suggest making a trip to Pisa a part of a larger itinerary. But private trips can sometimes be a transfer when communication is used

The view was amazing, and the driver was kind, helped us alot and gave us a good information during the trip and took us to placed where the view was good to take pictures. Very satisfied with the trip

Pisa was not included in our excursion, and I am so glad we made plans to go from Florence. Our driver Placido was AMAZING!

Comfortable vehicle for 7 of us. Even allowed us to get our luggage along. Christian, our guide was well versed with Florence and Pisa’s history. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us good suggestions to maximize our trip in the limited time. We all enjoyed the trip a lot.

We thought our driver would give us more history of what we were seeing. I’m not even sure if he introduced himself? He picked us up, dropped us off, gave us 1.5 hours to see the tower and church and drove us home. He didn’t explain we needed the free ticket to go in the church or tell us we had to stand in line to get the free ticket. It was very rushed by the time we figured it out. Not sure it was worth the money or the four hours.

The heritage site in Pisa is everything you expect of it especially on a beautiful sunny day which this was.
However in my view the experience is mis-represented in the title. It should be called a private chauffeured return trip to Pisa.
The driver was good at his job - which was being a driver. NO tour as such was offered and the drivers first words to me on picking me up at the Hotel were I am a driver not a guide. At just over £400 it was not cheap however it did enable me to see the Cathedral complex in Pisa guiding myself.

Our favorite part of our trip was our tour guide, Nuti Christian. We are frequent travelers and have been on many tours. Christian was the most friendliest and accommodating tour leader we have ever had. He was on time to pick us up, his warmth and pleasant personality made us feel very comfortable from the inception. He was also eloquent and very knowledgeable. His commentary and his fluency in the English language were exceptional.
Christian went the extra mile and took us to the Michelangelo Square which was close to where were staying but not part of the tour. A true exemplary of a first class tour leader.
We say a big Thank You to Nuti Christian and to CIAO FLORENCE TOURS and TRAVELS. Christian is truly an asset to your company and deserves only the very best.

Our guide was really informative, funny and kind! So glad we picked to climb the Pisa too! No long lines to wait as we went in the afternoon & also much cooler! The journey too and from was easy on air on coach! Would recommend
