An active food blogger and member of the Mykonos Gastronomic Club, Angelina is passionate about sharing forgotten Greek and Myconian recipes featuring locally produced and seasonal ingredients. During your hands-on cooking lesson Angelina will teach you how to handle filo dough to prepare savory and sweet dishes like feta parcels with honey and sesame (or spanakopita!) and the easiest baklava. She will also show you how to prepare a main dish or salad.
As you learn to cook with a small ouzo in hand (indoors or outdoors), Angelina will help you understand Cycladic island gastronomy. Angelina focuses on Mykonian produce and seafood caught off the island's shores. Enjoy, over wine, an authentic home-cooked Greek menu that includes meze, Greek salad, a main dish with vegetable sides and dessert!

From the tzatziki, to the Baklava, it was like cooking with family at home. She is happy to do it all for or let you get your hands dirty. Would definitely book again

My husband and I heard about Angelina’s cooking class from another couple traveling on the island. We looked up to see if she had any last minute classes available and she did! What a treat. She welcomed us into her home and taught us the culture of her country and how to make easy, healthy, deliciously fresh dishes that we could recreate at home. We had such a wonderful time, thank you Angelina.

What an amazing evening with Chef Angelina! We had a group of two families with adult children, and Chef Angelina hosted us at her beautiful home, with spectacular views of the sea and countryside. She had prepared some delicious appetizers; and then we all set to work in the kitchen and she taught us some modernized traditional Greek recipes, and everyone participated to prepare a fantastic meal. Angelina is a very capable chef, an excellent teacher, an entertaining storyteller, and a gracious host. This interactive cooking lesson was absolutely the highlight of our trip, and an shared experience our families will always cherish.

The evening with Angelina was so memorable. She took great care to provide to our personal preferences and to give us recipes that were both traditional and using ingredients we can find back in the US. The food was delicious and her obvious love of cooking was reflected in every bite. What a marvelous conversationalist and gracious hostess. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cooking class! Angelina was inviting, knowledgeable and is an amazing chef. She not only taught us about the recipes but also the history of the recipes and answered our many questions. This was a highlight of our trip. We had a wonderful evening. So excited to make these recipes at home and relive the experience. Extremely Highly Recommend!

Angelina and her family hosted six of us in her spectacular home overlooking the sea in Mykonos (a 25 minute drive from town). She also has a home in town for smaller groups. This was not only a cooking class but an introduction to the lifestyle and architecture of Mykonos. Angelina asked what we'd like to learn to cook in advance; every single dish was absolutely delicious and quite easy to prepare. Our hosts were warm, interesting, lots of fun. We've been raving us about our wonderful day ever since and HIGHLY recommend Angelina's cooking classes to anyone who wants an exceptional and very memorable day in Mykonos.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Angelina was incredibly accommodating leading up to the event, offering additional choices or substitutions in place of foods we couldn't eat or preferred, and super adaptive at a moment's notice (swapping out ingredients last minute without sacrificing taste). Angelina is not only an incredible chef but a wonderful host that offered fantastic hospitality at her beautiful home and friendship through food that was easy to make and even better to enjoy. Easily the highlight of our trip.

Amazing! It was like walking into a friends home! She welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. We cooked with the freshest and most beautiful ingredients! The recipes were made in a way that we could actually recreate at home with ease! Absolutely a trip highlight!!!

From the moment my sister & I walked in to Angelina’s warm & welcoming home in Mykonos, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience! Greetings began with an ouzo on ice (to get the gastronomy going: Opa!). Along with this traditional Greek drink we enjoyed some delicious, authentic Greek appetizers. As we chatted, we learned how to make feta parcels, tzatziki and shrimp saganaki. We ended our meal with a recipe of baklava (We prepared together). Everything was absolutely delicious. Hats off to Angelina! Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home!
