We got a piece of great customer service starting with the booking. I booked the tour for my wife and I on 16th and mistakenly chose the date as 17th instead of 18th. Even though when I confirmed the booking and paid I was already inside the 24 hour booking window, when I realized my mistake a few minutes later I reached out by what's app and it took Laura 2 minutes to check and change it to the 18th for free, despite the policy stating that no change is possible inside the 24 hour window prior to the tour start time.
Now visiting 4 different places and learning a bit of history is always a nice thing, and getting to see how to make Gouda cheese and clogs(wooden shoes) + good sightseeing makes it even nicer, but what completed it was our guide Wybe. Calm and fun to be around, wasn't bothered by the non stop rain all day long, and gladly stood with us out in the open to recite the history of the towns and answered all questions with a smile and some jokes.
I would definitely choose Camaleon tours again if tourism takes me one more time to The Netherlands.

Well organized trip and value for money. We enjoyed every bit and the guide Wybe was informative and amazing and our driver Carla drove us safely. The bus was a very luxurious coach.

The whole tour was fantastic. Enrique was on time. He has so much knowledge or the points of interest. We loved the windmills and that he gave us time to explore. Lunch was fantastic and authentic. This will be a treasured memory for us. Best whole day tour that I have been in.

Enrique, our guide was wonderful. This was a not to be missed visit to small towns that really helped us understand the Dutch countryside and the people who have lived there for centuries. I would highly recommend this tour and Enrique.

The tour was very comprehensive and our guide, Angela, was excellent. The organisation was first class and everything was timed perfectly. It was a full day but really gave you the full experience of the villages.

I kinda know what to expect when you pay less than 40 Euro for a daylong excursion, but there were some less-than-professional situations with our guide (Hoxana) I thought it was important to point out.
1 - She frequently interrupted her explanations on the bus' mic to share directions or who knows what with the driver.
2- She LEFT a mom and her pre-teen kid at one of the stops, even though people on the bus said we'd be ok turning around to get them. She waited way too long for a few people who got really delayed in the previous stop and decided there was no time to wait for those two. Oh, she didn't notice them missing at first because she wasn't taking count of how many passengers in the bus.
I hope the mom and kid found their way back to Amsterdam without much trouble.

Our guide was great, I have some mobility issues he made sure the pace and parking was good for me.
All the stops were interesting and charming.
Lunch was great and the ferry ride was a nice addition.
Definitely will recommend.

Enrique was amazing! He was punctual picking us up at our hotel, and was a perfect, polite guide. He showed us beautiful places in an unhurried, thoughtful manner, and if a place got too crowded, he expertly steered us toward the next place. There were a few times it was just us, with nary another human in sight. He gave us the time and space to explore without feeling pushed, and told us a lot about both recent and past history, which was gratifying. His presence was a total joy. He's fluent in Spanish, Dutch, and English, so if you're looking for a stellar guide to show you around, be sure to ask for Enrique. :)

The tour guide was lacking basic info, and she wasn't clear about meet up points. She left a few of us behind and had to come back for us, then they shamed us for missing the bus when we got on. Can't recommend.
