This tour exceeded my expectations! Our tour guide, Army, was a wonderful guide and host. His knowledge and personal experience enhanced our trip. For instance, he took us to a coconut sugar plantation and explained to us how they make sugar from coconuts (I had no idea this even existed!). He also explained to us all the other uses and products made from coconuts (I was extremely fascinated by this) and showed us how he makes coconut milk used in Thai cooking. We then got to taste the final product (coconut "sugar") which is more like a paste, but is SOOOOO delicious!! That was one of my favorite parts of the day! I also enjoyed walking around the train market. Army bought us some mangosteens which I had never had before (which is surprising for where I come from). He showed us how to open it and tell the good ones from the bad. Now I know why it's called the Queen of Thai fruit. The floating market was an experience like nothing else. During our drive we told him that we love Thai food, especially mango sticky rice, so when we were at the floating market he bought us a couple. He mentioned this particular woman sold the best and explained the four types of sticky rice she has to go with it. It was SOOOOO delicious!! I definitely think all the eating we did on the trip was my favorite but learning about the ruins and history was right up there too! I can't rave enough about our trip with Army and Sang (our driver) for making our day trip to Ayuttaya so memorable!

This was a great tour. Our guide Army and driver O both looked after us (especially our toddler and baby) really well. We felt that our family requirements (eg going a little slower sometimes, or speeding up when needed too) were thoughtfully considered and factored in. Highlight for us was the boat through the floating market, this was so much fun! We opted for the railway market too (earlier start) and this was quite an experience to see. Army bought us some delicious fruit and rice to try in the markets and took us for lunch at a restaurant with a nice view (and air con!). The temples were also amazing to see. With two young children it was always going to be a long day but it was managed really well and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the tour, our tour guide and our driver. All top class. Thank you!

This was an excellent tour. Our guide Anan did a great job of bringing the sights to life and took great care of us. At the floating market he got us mango sticky rice from his favorite boat and it was fabulous (the best we had the whole trip). We went early to see both the Railway market and the Floating market. Definitely worth it and an easy way to see the sites at Ayutthaya.

Unique and totally recommended experience to visit 3 representative sites in Thailand. Kim our guide, a person who gave us excellent, personalized attention and with the best attitude and interest in us. Always attentive and gentle. The places through which he took us were of great beauty and interest.
The railway market, the first stop, is a great experience. The floating market gives you the feeling of a full market with the tourist touch of attention and courtesy. And the temples of Ayutthaya are the perfect ending to a great day. This without forgetting the great local food we had.

I’m so glad to pick this itinerary. Just Ayutthaya alone might be too little. It’s a big historical park with ancient ruins but walking around in 36 degree hot weather was taxing for me. Adding train market and floating market in the mix really spice up the day. We left around 7 AM in morning and ended the day a little past 5 pm. My favorite was the train market bc it’s very unique but really enjoyed floating market too. Our guide is Gwen and our driver is Mark. Gwen is excellent. She’s knowledgeable and always on the look out for us. She point out best photo spots and local foods for us to try, at times even bought the foods and drinks for us to taste. You can talk to her pretty much about anything, she always have an insight to share. From Thai culture, way of living, historical and mythical significance of ornaments and buildings, there seems like nothing escape Gwen’s understanding of her country. I’m already telling my relatives who have plan to come to Thailand about her. Mark is a steady driver. Ride was smooth and on time. He always had AC turn on in the car when we come back from sweltering 36 degree heat. I really appreciate all the chilled wet toilette and ice water he got ready for us after every excursion. I highly recommend this itinerary, tour guide and driver for people who have a short stay in Bangkok and want to make the most of their day.

I had one of my favorite tours with Nok and Mr. Mark. Nok was so easy to talk to and I learned so much about Rhai culture, Buddhism, and life in Bangkok.
The floating market and rail market were so unique and NOk found the best places for photos. She also helped me take some awesome pictures and videos and made sure we never waited in lines or got stuck with any crowds.
Mr. Mark was a very safe and smooth driver. He always made sure the car was cool (it was a HOT day), that I had cold water, and was always looking out for me.
I cannot recommend this tour enough with the team and had such a great day. Thank you both!
