Nathan and I also booked the Hydra Island private excursion with Ancient Greece Tours. I have to say, we embarked on a truly magical journey. We began with a scenic drive to the port in the Peloponnese, where I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the breathtaking coastal views along the way.
Our first stop was at the Isthmus Canal, a marvel of engineering that left me in awe. It was the perfect prelude to our island adventure.
Then, we hopped on a ferry to Hydra Island, and that's where the real adventure began. No cars on the island, just donkeys strolling around and creating this super chill vibe. It was like stepping back in time.
Our guide was awesome. He filled us in on all the island's history and culture stuff.

Lunch at a seaside taverna was a culinary delight. Fresh seafood and local flavors left us craving for more. God, Greece has the best seafood.

Manos was a great tour guide and driver. The day was rainy but he told us all about the interesting history of the Corinth Canal and Hydra. What a fabulous experience.
