The tour guide was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
I am in my 80’s and he adjusted the tour meet my physical limitations. I would also not recommend the Burj Khalifa observation deck because we waited in line 1 hour 15 minutes and we had a reservation!

We were very disappointed with the entry to the tower. Even more disappointed that this company will do nothing to compensate and would NEVER recommend It was a complete rip off.

In our 2 days with her we saw all the highlights of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Aladdin (our magical tour guide ) and driver were absolutely wonderful. They met us at the arranged time & place and off we went . We got excellent information on all aspects of Dubai . Saw every major place and had ample time to enjoy each . Our favorite was the boat ride across the creek and the spice & gold souks. Aladdin had our time slot for 8 pm to go to the top of the Burj Khalifia and made sure to explain where to check in our back packs . He was very thorough and accommodating. I am so glad we booked this for specific tour . A large group would have been a nightmare . This was perfect and personal and exactly what we hoped for !!

Our guide was very knowledgeable, gave us a lot of great information. The trip was planned great and was very flexible with what we wanted to see and what to skip. Car ride was very comfortable and safe.

Our driver/guide was on time to pick us up from our hotel. She was friendly and informative and took her time with an older couple. After she got our tickets for the Burj Khalifa she showed us where to get a taxi back to our hotel since you're on your own after the Burj Khalifa. It was nice having time on our own for lunch and exploring the Dubai Mall and fountains. We would highly recommend this tour.
