I advise anyone visiting the mobile phone service counter at the Naples airport for ILIAD ITALIA (headquarters based in Paris) not to obtain their services, today, January 2024, I discovered, that when I visited Italy back in March 2023 they illegaly added a monthly srvc. for 9.99 Euros charged to my Visa card. I was able to recoup for the last 90 days, but still I'm out for the rest of the year, that is from Sept. thru March 2023, that's like $10.00/11.00 @ month. I have contacted their main office in Paris, but still waiting their response, so "Be aware & careful, do not use their services".

Salvatore did a fantastic job driving us to Anzano di Puglia from Naples for a day trip to research family ancestry. He was patient, punctual, and professional. We were glad to see him again for our transfer from Naples to Rome two days later. I highly recommend him.
