Driver dropped us at wrong cruise terminal and insisted he didn’t need address from us. He left quickly so we had to pay for another car to get us to the correct place.

Easy trip. The driver showed up on time and took us directly to our cruise ship in Southampton. No issues. We each had 2 pieces of luggage and it was a bit of a tight fit but the driver made it work. She was safe and got us there with plenty of time to spare.

Jorge was very prompt and picked us up at the Hilton Metropole Hotel right on time‼️ He was able to get ALL 15 pieces of luggage and seven people in his vehicle (you know us American donytravel light🤣🤣🤣
