Leaving Sydney on 22 April to Alice Springs GO Sydney office insisted on picking us up at 5:30am for a domestic flight leaving at 1 pm but on 26 April they would only pick us up at 6 am for an international flight leaving at 9 am
The contact person was NOT pleasant and Not helpful at all!
The drivers were nice but on return they dropped us off at check in A even though we told them we were leaving on Delta (check in J)
this meant that my mobility limited husband had to walk a Very long way causing him to wheeze and get SHORT OF BREATH

Arrived early, driver extremely nice and friendly, vehicle clean. Got us to airport in 30 minutes. Will use again.

Highly recommend booking through Viator for transfers. They have always been on time and quick to respond if changes were needed. If in Australia…especially the port, this is a lifesaver!
