The driver was prompt and very courteous. The car was clean and everything went through flawlessly from start to finish. Driver gave us some history as we drove and made the ride pleasant and we learned some new things even before our trip began.

This was the same company that we had used for transfer from Singapore airport to our hotel (MBS), but it was a different driver. The driver contacted me the day prior and we coordinated pick-up time and location - at the Tower 1 main entrance. He arrived on time, was very friendly, spoke great English. There was a bit of challenge getting all of our luggage into the van, but we eventually made it and were on our way. Driving was expeditious but not unsafe. I would recommend this company again, though this driver was a much better experience than the driver who picked us up at the airport.
