Our driver was Giuseppe and he was awesome. What we saw of Cinque Terre was amazing but due to weather the ferry system was not running and the trains were delayed and/or cancelled so much that we spent more time waiting than actually visiting the fishing towns. That was really disappointing but this was not anything that was under the control of the tour company. Giuseppe was helpful and we appreciated him! We give the train system a rating of zero but we give the tour company and Giuseppe a rating of 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wonderful day trip! We made a brief stop in Pisa to begin our morning and grabbed coffee and a sandwich at a small stand outside the leaning tower before getting our must-have pics. Our guide, who was great and super informative, then took us to the train station where we hopped along to the different towns in Cinque Terre. All were beautiful. We grabbed a lovely lunch overlooking the water and had an incredible day exploring.

We went to Cinque Terre with a stop in Pisa on the way. Our driver Guiseppe was amazing!! Pisa was wonderful. Cinque Terre was extremely crowded and not so easy to navigate. We started in Riomaggiore but it’s definitely better to take the train to Monterosso and then work your way back by boat. The boat ride from Monterosso to La Spezia was almost 2 hours. Most of the villages while beautiful, look the same. The views from the boat were worth the trip.

As it is off season for Cinque Terre he recommended several additional spots including Porto Verre and Luca as well as Piazza Michelangelo at the top of the hill when returning to Florence. An absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you want to go at your own pace and be able to change things up! Grazie!

This was one of our favorite tours in Italy! My wife and I were running a little late meeting with our private tour guide and he patiently waited for us. He was very knowledgeable of the area and even helped us with photos at Pisa! We got an amazing photo thanks to him. Shout out to Donatello for being very personable and giving us a great experience during our tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and looking forward to booking another trip hopefully in the near future with them.
