We have the best of machines, 500cc, real 4×4, with power steering wheel, power brakes, automatic. Our ATVs are not the lighter style used for conventional ATV tours.

These are not the big crowded commercial hot springs in La Fortuna. The Hot Springs are submerged in the heart of the rain forest. Simple and rustic but pristine, pure, clean, and natural.

My partner and I went on the ATV trip and was guided by Danny.
We had an amazing time.
The ATVs are modern and safe.
Danny was very friendly and knowledgable on the area and the wildlife we passed.
The hot springs were lovely, set within the rainforest. It’s off the tourist path so we were the only people there and it gets used by locals in the evenings and weekend. There is also a bar there and we enjoyed an amazing pina calada and a beer.
We stayed in La Fortuna but decided it was worth the 30 minute journey to La Finca lodge as no other company offered a tour on an ATV with a stop at hot springs; they all just did a loop on the quads and they also weren’t private tours. An Uber from down town La Fortuna cost 13000 (£20) but even with the taxi fare this was still cheaper than most over ATV tours on offer.
A must do when in La fortuna!

This experience is an absolute MUST while you’re in Costa Rica. This was my first time in ATVs and what incredible way to get my feet wet (literally)! We had a great ride to the top of the lookout, an hour or so at the springs (a cool local spot), and some stops along the way to look at the wildlife. Thanks for an amazing time!

We booked this adventure on a whim, and it was so worth it! Danny was our guide, and he was excellent! He taught us so much about the Costa Rican culture during our time with him. We also told him we were on the hung to see a sloth, and he searched the trees during our ride until he found him. He went above and beyond to find us a sloth. The views during this ATV ride are out of this world. It was such a fun experience riding through fields of pineapple and sugarcane. The natural hot springs were gorgeous and so relaxing! We are so glad we chose to do this ATV ride!

Spent a good amount of time driving the ATVs off road and the hot springs was a great place to stop along the way.
Book the afternoon session and you won't have to rush back.

A unique experience with our guide Danny. He was awesome. It was a long and bumpy ride for the pleasure of my family. The stop at the Hot springs was a really unique experience, we were almost alone in the middle of the forest. Awesome!!! Everybody loved it. We were a family with teenagers and highly recommend it.

This tour was fantastic. It was a 40 minutes drive from la fortuna but they arranged the shuttle and it was well worth the commute time and additional expense. I was a first time ATV driver and Danny was a fabulous teacher... and patient. My family enjoyed the hot springs so much more than expected. It was magical! Great ride ... and you can't beat a custom tour.
I would do this tour again in a second! And I wish I had seen more of what La Finca has to offer!

We did a private ATV tour with Carlos. This was an amazing time and one of the highlights of our whole trip. Carlos was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and amazing at spotting wildlife along the way. We saw a sloth with it's baby and two kinds of toucans. Fantastic views of Arenal and La Fortuna on the way. The ATVs were super easy to learn and ride even if you've never used one. The stop at the hot springs was a perfect break in the tour with the opportunity to buy cocktails with your dip. Just note the tour did take a bit longer than we anticipated. We started at 1:30pm and didn't get back until close to 6:30pm. But highly recommended for your trip to La Fortuna!

This has been the highlight of our trip so far and I can highly recommend this tour. The quads are good quality and we did everything at our pace as there was just the two of us. Our guide Danny pointed wildlife out to us, so we stopped and got photos. The scenery is fantastic and we covered 40km on the quads, there is lots of going across fields and dirt and gravel tracks up steep hills. Then we got to the hot springs which were magical. There are changing rooms there and a bar. it is used by the locals and in the middle of the rainforest. Whilst we were in the pools, Howler monkeys were in the trees above calling. I hadn't been that bothered about the hot springs and thought it was just an extra on the tour, but what a wonderful extra. Danny didn't rush us at all and we spent about an hour in the hot springs but we could have stayed longer if we wanted too. We then rode the quads back. We were on the afternoon tour so it was dark by the time we got back. I asked my partner if he would do the Quad tour again and he said yes, to the point he then started to try to rearrange our trip to go back to La Fortuna. I'm so pleased we booked this and not a tour in a big group where you are herded around. This is worth every penny and you won't be disappointed, its amazing 😊👍🏻

Carlos was the best!!! This was maybe the biggest highlight of our trip, and would 100% recommend it to everyone. Can't say enough about how great our guide was. When my wife and I left, we truly felt like we made a new friend!
The hot springs were better than I was picturing, although I haven't had a ton of experience with them, but felt very much private and in the middle of nature. There was the option for a small snack and drinks at the hot springs, which was a very pleasant surprise.
The ATVs were in great shape, and Carlos made the trip feel very safe. While my wife and I had a good amount of experience with ATVs, my wife hadn't driven one with gears. He made it so easy for her to learn and helped her several times. If anyone is on the fence about going due to safety concerns, I wouldn't think twice about recommending to anyone – whatever their skill level.
Carlos also was able to spot a sloth for us – how I don't know, but from a moving ATV he found one and we were able to get a great view and some awesome pictures! We also got to see some Toucans and other various wildlife. Also learned more about ants then I ever needing to know! ;)
Absolutely well worth the price!
