This was our first time in Japan and we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guide. Ai was amazing!! She reached out weeks in advance to ask about specifics on what we wanted to see and planned accordingly to not only accommodate the adults but my children as well. We highly recommend!

Our guide Hiroko was wonderful! Such a great experience, and her information was taylored to what we wanted to see! Great Sushi lunch, and tea house experience at the gardens. Highly recommend. It was fun taking the subway and public transportation if you don't mind walking a bit.

Tatsuro (Tatts) was an excellent tour guide. Strong English skills, very personable, and created a great itinerary for us. Visited Asakusa Temple, The Ginza, Imperial Palace Grounds, Meiji Shrine and took part in The Shibuya Crossing Experience.
Highly recommend this tour guide and let him work with you planning your own itinerary

Our guide Tatts was personable and spoke English well. He gave us a good picture of Japanese culture. The weather was rainy and chilly so our waking was somewhat hampered but he took us around to get a feel of the city. We travelled seamlessly by train. He also found a vegan restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious lunch.

A bespoke, well-planned and thoughtful tour. Excellent commentary, care and guidance from our host, Hide San. And together with our paddle boarding driver, Yamamoto San, the tour was able to flex to our specific needs on the day. We enjoyed Shibuya and the juxtiposition of old and new Tokyo, and the early morning tranquality of Hamarikyu Gardens.

I enjoyed my tour very much. My guide was particular good at the planning stage. She was very, very communicative, asking me many questions to understand what I wanted to do and provide the best options. We worked together to come up with the ideal itinerary, which included seeing the sights I wanted and also getting the specific gifts I wanted to get for my family. A great experience.
