Such an amazing time! The villa we went to was absolutely beautiful. The company was great. And the cooking so fun. Eduardo was such a great teacher and patient and so kind. Made some lifetime friends. Learning to make pasta was so fun and loved the freshness. Such great food and wine! We loved it so much we definitely want to come back and even stay at the villa which is a true BNB as well. I recommend this tour highly! You won’t be disappointed!

This was the highlight of our visit to Tuscany. We were picked up in downtown Florence, then taken to a beautiful, rustic villa with unbelievable views of Tuscany. There were three of us in our class, which was great. Antoinella taught us to make zucchini soufflé, pasta with tomato sauce, chicken with balsamic glaze and biscotti. Everything was fabulous! I would highly recommend this class. I know it is probably more expensive than other classes, but for what is offered, it is worth every penny!

We had a wonderful day with Antonella and Paolo! They warmly welcomed us into their beautiful home and put together a fantastic Tuscan menu that allowed us to learn many cooking techniques. Antonella’s demonstration and instructions familiarized us with how the dishes should look and feel during the preparation, which is difficult to learn from a cookbook. We prepared dishes for a four course menu, including learning to make pasta and Florentine biscotti, which is much more than is offered by other cooking courses. This was a very fun, informative, not to mention filling day!! Highly recommended!!

Antonella, Paolo and Manuela were simple amazing. I took my family and mother in an Italian vacation to visit our Italian root, and asked my mother what she wanted to do. And the first thing she said was a cooking class. And boy did they not let her down. Amazing villa. Amazing hosts. Amazing food what an experience from start to finish in the countryside of Florence. (In the hills!)

My friend and I travelled to Italy to celebrate her birthday. This was one of the highlights of the entire trip.
Paolo came to pick us up in Florence and we drove outside the city where Antonella greeted us so warmly, giving us a tour of the villa and the beautiful view.
We were pleasantly surprised that we were getting a private lesson, as November is considered part of the slow season. We relaxed for a bit, just taking in the wonderful scenery.
Antonella was a spectacular teacher, and we had so much fun learning how to make four authentic Italian dishes, including pasta from scratch. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed local wine from Tuscany and sitting down with our hosts to enjoy the wonderful meal we cooked.
This is one of the best cooking classes I’ve ever attended, and I’ve been to several. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. And happy birthday to my friend Sophia (name changed to protect her privacy).

What an incredible experience we had with Antonella and Paolo! My husband and I were the only ones in attendance. Antonella shared her fantastic recipes with us, and we were involved with the preparation of the entire menu. The food was fantastic! Their beautiful Tuscan home had spectacular views, and was just charming. We were able to eat on the terrace overlooking Florence. Definitely a highlight of our trip. I would not hesitate to book this experience, and I would definitely book again with Antonella and Paolo in the future!

It was a crisp breezy Fall day with intermittent sun and a few rain drops, but that did not take away from this wonderful experience. The views were beautiful and calming. It only took about 25 minutes after being picked up to get to the villa. Walking in you are welcomed by the lovely host, Antonella. And then you see the beautiful views from her home!
The setting is very calming! We loved the cooking experience as everything was explained and demonstrated very well. We made 3 courses and a desert...all were scrumptious! And of course we drank wine throughout the process!
This is a must for all....even it you don't cook!

It was an amazing experience. Antonella is such a wonderful hostess and the villa was perfect, just beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The recipes were very simple and authentic and the food we produced was delicious. Antonella was even able to accommodate my partner who had a food allergy and couldn't eat one of the dishes. They were in no rush, the whole experience was very laid back so it ended up being a full-day experience. Would definitely recommend.
