We will pick you up at the set time, and we will start a 4-hour tour of the city of Tulum, where we will visit both the famous hotel zone and local market areas and show you the location of the archaeological zone, make stops at the viewpoints important of the city, we cross the main Avenue of the center of the City, passing by the letters of "Tulum", and optional stops (suggested) in points of Interest of the holistic hotel zone as:

Chris was our guide and we specifically asked for him. He is such a down to earth family person. Hilarious , accommodating and also very knowledgeable.
He lived in the US for awhile but is local to Playa del Carmen at this time. We felt like we had a personal friend showing us around.
He goes the extra mile but most of all great conversationalist and fun.
When we come back we would love to visit his hometown Oxaca with him. Very Highly recommended.

Had a very lovely day exploring Tulum with Oliver! I requested a solo tour since I'm travelling alone and I really wanted to explore Tulum before leaving Mexico. Even though it usually requires 4 people to book it, Vanessa at Turismo Channel was incredibly helpful and sweet and found a way for me to book this tour for just 1 person and only on 1 day's notice!
Oliver arrived to pick me up from the hotel lobby right on time, with a super clean minibus that was stocked with water, sports drinks, and beer. He took me through all of the spots planned in the trip details and even made a stop along the way for me to buy souvenirs cause I requested it even though it wasn't part of the planned itinerary.
He's super knowledgeable, and we had great conversations throughout the day. To top it all, he's an incredible photographer and took awesome photos and videos for me that will keep my Instagram looking cool for days to come!
The stops along the tour really give you a taste of Tulum, from the archaeological zone to the hotel zone to downtown.
Overall, an awesome day and definitely looking forward to doing more tours with Oliver and Turismo Channel when I return to Mexico again!

My group attended this tour June 2022. Our tour guide was Oliver. The best parts of the tour were how knowledgeable Oliver was about the city of Tulum, how engaging he was with our group, took us to the popular tourist sites to take amazing pictures and videos, and took us to get great tasting tacos. Oliver opted to be our photographer and videographer - his pictures and videos were amazing and great quality. Oliver has lived in the area for 20 years so really knows his stuff. He gave us great recommendations for future trips and activities to do in Tulum and nearby cities. Oliver was punctual in picking us up from our Airbnb, he was patient in finding our Airbnb when I texted him the wrong location, and was accommodating with beverages. 10/10 would recommend. Tip: DOWNLOAD WHATSAPP TO COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT WITH YOUR TOUR GUIDE. Luckily I had WhatsApp on my phone ahead of time.

This tour was nothing short of amazing! Oliver was the best tour guide ever! He was very knowledgeable, funny and an amazing photographer. The pictures and videos he took of us were beautiful. He also took us to a restaurant with some of the best tacos. Will definitely recommend this tour to everyone!! 10 out 10

Oliver showed us all the best places in Tulum to take photos AND was the best photographer! He was so informative about the local culture, had cold bevs ready and ended the tour with yummy tacos. The hospitality was amazing, definitely will recommend to everyone I know who will be visiting Tulum!

the best thing was that it was private and that it was very quiet and peaceful and you took your own time. it was perfect for us my wife and our child of 1 and a half years. since our guide Jaime made the trip much better on read trained in the area and fluent English so easy to talk to. can highly recommend this company and the guide Jaime.

Let me just start by saying this was an amazing experience! Jaime- our tour guide- was sooo patient, punctual, and versatile. He let us customize our tour for the best experience! He made sure our pics and videos all reflected how much fun we had- he hyped us the entire time and we had a ball with him! The taco spot he took us to was soooooo good!!!!! The meat was tender and marinated- we ate as much as we wanted! The strawberry was so delicious! Tulum was beautiful and I was so happy we have fun pics and videos of it all! We also went by the beach which was gorgeous as well. We ended the tour at the cenote- sooooo beautiful! He gave us jackets and goggles and we were able to swim, float, and see everything under water! There were even divers there as well. We were extra lucky to see the cleansing ritual prior to a mayan wedding. I highly recommend doing this tour! Ask for Jaime!

Jaime was amazing! He catered to my group’s needs and was very helpful with taking photos (like outstanding photos too), enduring our many stops and girl talk! A private tour is THE way to go even outside of a global pandemic!
