Our guided tour was fantastic! Guilherme was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke great English. He was eager to show us around Rio and was happy to adjust the schedule to add in an extra stop to a local market. This was our favorite day in the city. Thank you!

We use private guides very often while traveling. Gus is one of the best. Most notably he reads his audience very well. Every group has different personalities and interests, and Gus is gifted in understanding what would be best for each person. He is willing to alter the itinerary depending upon his group. He is also enthusiastic, speaks English immaculately, and is very, very knowledgeable and proud of his city. We had lots of fun, saw much more than we would have without Gus, and learned a great deal. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Our tour guide Gus was excellent. There were 12 of us on the tour, he made sure we were all together and always accounted for at each place. He went with us everywhere even when we have to get tickets,. His recommendations of restaurants and places to shop were excellent. We'll recommend him 100%..

I prefer checking out a new destination using a private tour. I did my research, check and compared pricing of group tours and private tours: TourGuideGus was the best decision I could possibly make. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions before my arrival in Rio. By the time Gus arrived at my hotel to begin the tour, I felt like I'd found a long lost friend! This tour was an amazing experience, and all of that was due to Carla. She was extremely knowledgeable about Rio, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating to my physical limitations. Walking through the sites I felt like VIP, I truly enjoyed the whole tour.
