2300m high on Mt. Fuji closest point you can go up with a car. To go to the 5th station we need to ask you to pay the toll fee of 2100 yen on the spot. This activity usually requires about 2 hours. Please note that access to the 5th station is closed from July 10th to September 10th due to the climbing season for the climbers and also in the winter season.
12. Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba
A picturesque spot with Mt. Fuji in the background, old Japanese houses with straw roofs have been removed where you can find local crafts and meet local artists. Rental kimonos and samurai armors are available upon reservation. (30 to 90mn)

The views were amazing and our guide, Mazda, ensured we had beautiful family photos taken, knowing exactly where to stand to capture a wonderful image each time. He took care of our pram and toddler throughout our tour, helping us to relax and take in the Mt Fuji atmosphere. He made great lunchtime recommendations and also took us to some extra Tokyo hotspots that my children wanted to see - Godzilla and Shibuya Crossing…a truly memorable experience with a knowledgable, kind and passionate local tour guide.

Our tour guides,Bob and Happy, are excellent guides. They are very knowledgeable of their culture and were eager to share it with us. Mt. Fuji is a breathtaking sight to see. I also want to give recognition to our driver Toshi. He recommended a delicious restaurant.

My family and I visited from San Diego. Out tour guides, Bob-san and Happy are excellent tour guides. They paid attention to every detail. They gave us an experience we will never forget. Our tour driver was also very insightful. He recommended us to a restaurant and it was delicious. Overall my family and I are extremely happy with our tour to Mt. Fuji.

Had a really great experience with Masashi and Toshi! From the moment they greeted us at the lobby to the end of the trip, they offered valuable insights and interesting facts about the places we were visiting. We were traveling with my mom who has difficulty walking and Masashi and Toshi were well-prepared—they had a small step for my mom to hop on the car and even helped pushed her wheelchair around as we were visiting the different locations. Not a boring moment during this trip, definitely recommend!

We had an amazing day - an early start out of Tokyo we got to do so much in just a day -- We saw Mt Fuji clearly, explored Hakone, and got to spend some time at the hot springs water park. It was myself, my friend, and our two kids (4,5). Toshi was a great driver, and Bob was a great guide! I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to get the most out of a day!

Our guide and driver, both coincidentally named Tak-san, were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They accommodated our every request and made suggestions to modify our itinerary on the move based on our interests.

Fantastic tour guide. Yoshimi-san is very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Mt Fuji and other facts about the places we visit. Best of all, she brought us to hidden places to capture amazing shots of Mt Fuji. The driver is also very experienced and accommodating. Definitely recommend this tour!
