When we got into Mexico, our driver called and checked in. He got out of his vehicle and met us at Margaritaville. He spoke enough English that we understood him. He opened the door for us. He placed our luggage in and out of the van as well. We made sure we tipped. The van was equipped with air condition.

Benjamin was our transportation driver and he was on time 👍🏾 and I highly recommend using them as your transportation when you travel to Cancun

Arrival to the airport was top notch. Headed home we almost missed our flight, no one ever showed….after multiple calls someone came 2 and an half hours later…

Did not show up for puck up.
Was left at the airport and had to take a taxi.

The driver failed to show up. Despite looking for more than 40 minutes with the help of airport staff. We finally caught an official taxi which was clean and efficient. The company sent us a message saying they couldn’t locate us because our plane was early!!! They want to know if we wanted them for our return trip!!! NOT LIKELY EVER

Our guide was Alfredo. He made us feel comfortable. Great service. Was there to pick us up from flight. Van was comfortable and we even stopped for a beer.

Waited over an hour for my private transport from Cancun Airport to my hotel. Unacceptable for a business to not arrive timely. With all the buses arriving and departing why was this trip so hard?

Waited 45min for the driver to show for pickup at the airport. Drove extremely fast passing all traffic on our way to Playa. Did Not say anything to us during the drive seemed very unfriendly.
Not a pleasant experience.

The shuttle wasn't at the airport when we arrived. We had to call. They ondicated the shuttle was stuck in traffic and would arrive in 25 minutes. It did arrive in 25 minutes but we didn't hit any traffic from the airport until the hotel district so i feel they forgot about us.
No instructions on the pickup time for the return to the airport.
