We booked transport for 6pax pickup from BKK airport to accommodation. Name signposted as per information provided and easy enough to find. We waited approximately 30 minutes for driver to meet us at location in airport. During drive to our accommodation driver was speeding up and slowing down, swerving. We noticed the driver was falling asleep at the wheel which was very concerning, we had to wake driver and were concerned for our safety. Also a very overpriced experience albeit convenient. Our return taxi is 1000 baht = approximately $43 AUD. Definitely won’t be booking this again.

We got moving and dropped promptly! Had some delays but the group was prepared once we made it. We appreciated their efforts and working with us.

We arrived in the middle of the night in Bangkok, so this was the easiest way to get from the airport to our hotel. There are lots of people waiting for rides so there there is somebody there who organizes and collects a driver. Not the same as having somebody waiting for us, but still pretty convenient and reasonably inexpensive.

I have repeatedly try to stay in touch with this company reference to my traveling port experience I have had to pay extra due to requesting a change of date and also for two pick ups automated system it's not migrated associate with the representatives which causes a problem I travel from the United States to Thailand, which is a time difference along with the calendar date ! I departed United States on 28 December cording to my airline Turkish arrival show placement the 29th but it seems it would be the 30th because Bangkok is there a day of head which now cause multiple issues and there is no adjustment with this company any associate or family friends Will not be recommended to use this company ! And for a traveler to be flying abroad for more than 10 to 20 hours it is very confusing and upsetting to arrive and not have any transportation again. This posting will follow all in any social media associated with me and any other travel groups that may be associated along with me not to use this company!

Driver was on time, very friendly. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Made our transfer to airport very easy. Once there, driver retrieved luggage carts fir us, so thoughtful.

It gets the job done but don’t expect anything else! They don’t send you any confirmations unless you ask. Drivers won’t help you with your bags.
