Pickup was smooth. Communication was great. The car was clean and confortable. Would recommend for late arrivals to avoid taxis scams.

Hired Nice Tours to get my wife and I from our hotel to the Aswan airport. Mohamed and Mostfa were right on time to pick us up. They were super friendly and very helpful with our luggage. The car was comfortable and things went smoothly.

The driver showed up 15 minutes late. Yes I arrived on time at the airport and I didn’t miss the flight but just because I booked with much advance the ride.

Very good service. Very communicative over WhatsApp, and the driver was at the agreed upon place at the agreed upon time. Price is very reasonable. Got to the airport from Aswan quickly and I felt safe in the car.

After a misunderstanding regarding timing due to our fault, everything was managed professionally, first by Liza and taken over by Deminia.
Driver was waiting for us on time, smooth and safe ride to hotel.
Even after arriving at the hotel we were asked if everything was okay. Great, thanks girls and driver Mohamed
