We had a change in flights and our driver was right on top of it and was waiting when we cleared customs.

We had a VERY nice driver who picked us up from the airport to take us to our hotel. He texted me to let me know his whereabouts and where we should meet. However We never got our return transfer. Lack of communication caused us not to be picked up from our cruise port to the airport. With only WiFi on the ship I tried the Viator Chat and the guy said he couldn't confirm or deny if someone will be at the port to pick us up. So I didn't think anyone was coming and we end up paying $80 for a cab ride to airport. I finally got an email AFTER we took a cab that someone would pick us up at the port.. Too little too late.

The information on the Viator website was not accurate with regard to pickup location or luggage assistance. Viator customer service help desk was horrific.

We used Go Sydney Shuttle recently and were impressed with the service we received. The driver contacted us while we were waiting for our luggage and gave us clear directions of where to meet him. He handled our luggage and provided us with first class service. His vehicle was modern and clean and his driving excellent. During the ride, he gave us just the right amount of commentary and helpful advice.

Service never performed once they have your money, and if the airline delays your buy one or two minutes, they wash their hands of providing any service to you. Unable to contact anybody to explain the situation take a cab much cheaper.

Driver was very nice and showed local sights along the way. However when the service indicated we would be greeted in the arrival hall at the terminal with a sign with a client name that should be done. Don’t say one thing then not do it.
