Very friendly driver and communication with the company’s agent was timely. We were late arriving and we couldn’t find our driver at the designated pickup point. However after contacting the company everything worked out.

Life saver!!! Taxi line was endless. Heat was oppressive to walk. Streets are crowded, so riding in a private van was so nice.

Not used because of delay in getting in to Milano Centrale due to train delay. Had to get a public transportation to the hotel.

Driver was nice and driving was safe. Customer service was quite rude when asking questions though, especially when our driver had not arrived and we reached out asking for assistance.

Excellent service! Erich was a wonderful driver. He picked us up in the morning from our hotel and brought us back from the train station at night. The company is reliable and easy to communicate with.
