Private Arrival Transfer: Marco Polo Airport to Venice Cruise Terminal

Arrived at Marco Polo airport followed overhead signage to buses. Purchased ATVO coach tickets from the ATVO app but you can do it at the desk there. Was 18 euros per person return ticket. Brilliant service could not fault it direct run no stops in between takes you right into the bus station in Central Venice.

Definitely recommend this service. Driver was just outside baggage claim with sign waiting for us. Newer comfortable van. Got us there without issue.

Efficient, prompt Our driver was waiting for us at the airport in spite of our flight being delayed 1 hour in Paris. We were delivered exactly where we needed to be to board the ship.

Our flight was 15 min late, we had to go through customs/immigration and we had luggage. Our plane was scheduled to land at 4p local time. We got to the arrivals by 455p super fast and there was no driver to pick us up. We called the local number provided at 510p and 515p and no one ever answered after being on hold for 5 minutes, it just disconnected (2 separate calls). We then called Viator who said to wait in the airport until they make contact with the vendor. We waited an hour, called back, Viator still said to wait. After two hours, we called and said we were leaving with another carrier. 3 days later, Viator says sorry no refund because they said their vendor claimed they were there for an hour and WE were a no show. We had walked all around arrivals and even went up to departures to look. There were plenty of drivers with placards...none with our name on it. The contract clearly states they are supposed to allow a reasonable amount of time to arrive. Our flight was late, they had all our flight information including my cell phone and never bothered to make contact. Worse is Viator just takes this vendor's word for it instead of my cell phone logs, flight arrival information, or even their own inability to contact that hired vendor that day of arrival. We won't ever use Viator again.

This is an awesome way to get from the airport to the cruise terminal! No typical car ride or shuttle van. Your own private boat pulls right up near the cruise ship and let's you out. It is a great way to take in the sites heading into the port as well.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He was friendly and informative, gave us a running narrative of the area while we were on our way to the port. We arrived at the ship an hour ahead of fellow passengers on same flight! Our driver took us directly to embarkation point, while Royal Caribbean transfer bus guests had to walk a long way while carrying their luggage. We were actually unpacked and eating when other guests were just getting onto the ship. The transfer was a little pricey, but well worth it to start our cruise on the right foot!!!

I booked a ride from the Venice airport to the cruise terminal. I was told by the Viator sales person that the cruise terminal was 45 minutes from the airport, so i figured the 151.94 I was charged would be fair. The ride took all of 14 minutes, so I should have taken a cab. I feel I was screwed out of a hundred bucks......and the driver didn't even push my bags to the car. I followed him and pushed the cart myself.

A professional driver was there to pick us up plane was 30 min. late on arrival in baggage claim and took our bags to the car and we arrived at the cruise terminal drop off.

This is the best way to get to the cruise terminal with no waiting for a bus to load and you dragging your luggage to and from the bus and cruise terminal hope it's not raining because it's not covered in bus area. The bus drop off area can have long lines.

This transfer is a great way to start your vacation with less stress!

We arrived at the Venice airport exhausted from the overnight flight - strangers in a strange land. We had no idea where to go to find our ride but we did not even have to look - as we left the terminal, there was a well dressed man with our name clearly printed. He helped us with our luggage and we were off to the ship. The people who booked transport through the cruise were a good half hour behind us having to wait for a large group. The private car was definitely the way to go and it even cost less than the bus! We would not hesitate to book transfers with Viator again.
