I had no contact from the company prior to our transfer but when I messaged them via WhatsApp the day before our service, they replied to confirm the booking. The driver was apparently using my photo from Viator on his phone which was not visible when we came out from Customs. It took us several minutes, and use of a police officer to translate, to finally connect with the driver. Once we had made the connection, the driver was great. He spoke fairly good English and was very helpful with our immense amount of luggage (9 pieces for 4 people!). The van was relatively clean, though a bit dated, When we approached the hotel (Marina Sands Bay), he entered the Tower 3 entry drive. This entrance is small and very congested and we sat in the van for over 10 minutes waiting until he could move up to the sidewalk nearest the door. We later noted that the main hotel entrance outside Tower 1 was much larger and better managed. He helped us with our luggage and was on his way. I would use this company again, but might consider other transfer companies as well.

Our driver was very patient as we dealt with some delayed luggage and got us to the hotel quickly and safely in the midst of rush hour! Also gave us a brief history of Singapore on the ride. Highly recommended!

Tickets issued were wrong, reflecting airport pick up not port pick up as we requested. Customer service was worthless with very poor command of English language and unable to correct or reissue the tickets. Had no choice but to cancel after wasting an hour of my precious vacation time.
