Our driver was great. The trip took us from the airport thru the height of rush hour traffic to the east end of London. He made it fun and got us there safely! Worth the cost just in terms of peace of mind!

We waited with our bags for over 30 minutes. We were never told the pick up point after customs. I had to call Viator to see where our driver was. Poor communication… however after a long flight and transfer, we arrived at our hotel safely.

Do not book! Waited 30 min for our driver. No communication whatsoever to even say they were late. I understand our flight landed early, no excuse to be 30 min late. Don’t waste your money. Uber had no wait time.
