It was a horrible experience I will be asking for a refund. We were 8 and had to pay an extra transfer because the second car they sent us was not suitable for 8 people. The first one was late and said we only paid for airport transfer when it says hotel or airport transfer. They also wanted an extra 50 pounds when we had to pay an extra 400 pounds for the other extra transfer. We were split into 4 per car and even with 4 people we had to put luggage on our feet. Don’t recommend.

Viator is the worse travel company you would want to use on your next vacation. We were in Europe when we found out after agreeing to a set amount over the phone. To our surprise the cab driver told us Viator wanted her to collect $25 more or the driver will drop us off on the street of London. The driver herself told us this is the first time she was asked to collect more money from us and only in cash.
It was a one way drive from the Southampton to London and we payed over $300 for that 2 hour drive.
This company has NO integrity and morals. This company will rip you off as soon as they can. We had not received any call or text that said they are charging us $25 more dollars for the ride to London. No justification on what the $25 extra fee was for. They are DISHONEST, LIE and IRRESPONSIBLE for everything they say they will do for you.
We wanted to be picked up at 8am from the airport and we had to wait two hours because they couldn’t get a driver to pick us up, 2Hrs,
Do NOT hire this company for any transportation job in Europe. They are the worse of the worse. On top of being bad with their services and cheat you out of more money instead of following the contract,
We have already notified a lot of our friends and associates on our experience with Viator. I hope some day soon they loss their license to operate, They are the best at making irresponsible excuses to the customer.
Do not hire this no class company, This will be the biggest mistake you will ever make in your life to hire Viator. They have NO shame or guilt for what they do. Don’t get ripped off by this low life company,

Flavio was wonderful. He arrived exactly on time and was so helpful. Great driving skills and could be a guide with all the information he shared. Van was clean and water was provided. I would recommend Flavio to everyone along with Viator for making the transfer so smooth.

Our driver was waiting on time to pick us up at the Southampton cruise terminal. She was very friendly, helpful and a great driver. She dropped us off at our London hotel. I would highly recommend this service.
