Carlos was an amazing captain. He customized the tour to what we wanted and it was such a blast and the highlight of my best friends bachelorette trip. The snacks and sandwiches were great accompanied with the ice cold PR beers and water/soda. He played whatever music we wanted and it overall was so much fun. We also hired the company separately for transportation which was seamless. I highly recommend.

Captain Carlos was awesome! He was sweet, attentive, and very informative. For the ladies, very easy on the eyes! 😆 He took us to beautiful water, snorkeling and lounge time was great. We saw turtles and were actually in the shallow water at Palominos Island with a huge stingray, not by choice. It was super cool! He provided us with a good sub and chips. Whomever complains about the sandwiches on here is ridiculous. You’re too whiny. It was perfect for a water/beach day. He had water, beer and soda for us. We loved every bit of it! Wish we had more time, I’d book him again for the next day! Thank you Carlos with Encanto Tours!

Christian was a wonderful captain. He let us choose how long we wanted to stay at each location and we enjoyed listening to his knowledge about the islands. The boat was comfortable for 6 and the sandwiches/chips/drinks/beer were awesome. Would happily book again!

Thankfully we made it back safe and sound but this experience was not as expected. We only spent an hour on Cayo Icacos even though the tour advertised for more time. We were rushed at all the other spots. The captain wasn’t too much of a people person and refused to give us his personal opinion of the two main islands we were going too even though he was having us decide between the two. He also wouldn’t turn up the volume for the music. We were the only two people who couldn’t enjoy themselves as much as we would’ve liked too.

Where do I even start. From the morning Derek was sending messages checking in and expressing looking forward to going on the tour.
He met us and walked us to the boat. His hospitality, safety awareness and overall attention was unmatched.
The beverages were nice and cold the sandwiches were delicious.
I highly recommend this tour!!!!

Christian was a fabulous boat captain! He was well prepared and enabled our family to have a great day on the water. We enjoyed the snorkel experience, watching for turtles and hanging out in the water by the beach on Palomino Island. The boat was clean and and the snorkel equipment was in good condition. Christian was knowledgeable and provided additional information for restaurants, surrounding beaches, and activities to enjoy after our boating experience. Our family had a great time and felt the trip was worthwhile!

Captain Carlos was great and very flexible and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and took great pictures of our family of 5 and accommodated all ages from grandparents to 5 year old.

Fantastic trip! Carlos is a wonderful Captain who is great at what he does, cares about your experience and is more than willing to change and adjust based on what you want to do. In fact, he suggested we take our tour ‘in reverse’ which ended up being perfect due to weather and other tourist. Because of this we had great weather where we went and no one was there. Carlos was well prepared with drinks and food and was great to talk with. The boat was great for our group of 4, very clean, and very well maintained. We highly recommend!
