1. Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang)
In the morning, your tour guide and private car with driver will come to meet you at your hotel lobby. The first place you will visit the Tiananmen Square which is the biggest city center square in the world. Moreover, along famous Chang'an Street, you will see The Great Hall of People, and The National Museum (used to be named Chinese history and revolution museum). In additional, the center of the square is the Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum.

4. Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
From the Tiananmen Gate you can walk towards the Forbidden City (the biggest Imperial Palace in world). There are 9999.5 rooms inside, and with over 600 years history. There were total 24 Chinese emperors who lived and ruled the country in this place from Ming dynasty to the Qing dynasty). It's worth to spend a couple of hours to visit the highlight of the Forbidden City.

During lunch time, your tour guide will take you to a local restaurant for local authentic food meal. In the afternoon, you will visit one of the seven wonders in the world - Mutianyu Great Wall. Your tour guide will take you to a less crowded section Great Wall where you can hike for around 2 hours. From the city to the Great Wall takes about 1.5 hours driving time. You will take the cable car up to the half way, and then start to enjoy your hiking journey. Then you will also take cable car on your way back. This surely save your time and energy. After the day tour, your driver and tour guide will send you back to the hotel.

We had an amazing time duringnthe tour. We had Lucy as our guide and she is amazing and super knowledgeable. The lunch was also great and overall the tour is very much worth it.

We had an amazing time during the tour, it was really worth it! Our guide, Lucy, is very knowledgeable and really took the time to talk us through the history of what we saw. On another note, the lunch was delicious, and we did not have to wait in any queues on the day.

Lets start with Jerry.. THE MOST INCREDIBLE tour guide we have ever had! Fun, caring, funny and super knowledgeable. We were able to go at our own pace, but easily fitted in absolutely everything! He made sure our dietary restrictions were met without any hesitation.
Our driver was also so polite and happy and the car was spotless and comfortable.This was the best of Beijing we could possibly do in 1 day for our layover.
We would 100% recommend this to anyone for the perfect day exploring Beijing.

Had such an amazing time on the tour! Lucy (tour guide) was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us a lot about the history of all the sights. Although we did a lot in a day, we never felt rushed and had lots of time to explore and take photos. Had a great lunch of the local food too, it was delicious! Couldn't recommend this more!

Tour was fantastic! Lucy (the guide) was very knowledgeable about the history of Tian’anmen Sq., the Forbidden City, and Great Wall. I was blown away by the organization, sights, and hospitality of the tour. The service was amazing and we were able to fly by all of the lines with the special access the tour provided. Could not recommend this more.
