Mr. Lee was very polite and respectful and helped me with my enormous amount of luggage to the hotel, despite it being located in the pedestrian-only streets of Myeongdong block. I highly recommend this excellent service!

The driver was excellent and waited very patiently whilst we checked out of our hotel. He helped us with our luggage both at the hotel and airport. It was sad to say goodbye to South Korea after having such a fantastic holiday which started with the excellent pickup service at the beginning and end of our holiday. Would definitely recommend this service.

Koreatourmaker company was amazing for our airport pickup. The contacted me before my trip to let me know who the driver was and then the driver also contacted me as well. He was in contact from when I landed and was waiting for us with a sign when we exited which was very welcome. He helped us with our luggage as well. 10 star service!!!

The driver was on time and delivered us to the hotel as quickly as traffic would allow. He sent us a text to check on our status when we landed and was waiting outside the immigration gate with our name on a sign making it easy to connect.
