After a very poor start by not turning up at the airport to pick us up, they were reasonably quick to rectify the situation. They did redeem themselves to an extent for the return trip to the airport.

The transfer worked out perfectly. The driver was at the hotel early so we had plenty of time to get to the airport. Highly recommend this service, especially if you have more than two bags!

Great driver Met us right outside baggage claim/customs area. Assisted with baggage and had us wait while he got the van. Thanks for such great service. Would set up airport transport through Viator again.

Airport travel was complete. Driver had to wait temporarily because there was an issue with luggage being transfered to carousel.
Negative was I thought I also paid for transfer from hotel to cruise port but apparently not. Had to call to check on when driver would arrive and they informed me I did not contract second leg of transportation. Had to take taxi to cruise port.
