It was super easy to book our roundtrip transfer online from Montego Bay airport to Excellence Oyster Bay resort in Falmouth. We were the only 2 passengers on the trip to and from the hotel. Our driver, Byron was very professional, courteous and transparent. He told us about life in Jamaica and about his life, very interesting. I would recommend Island Transfer services whenever visiting Jamaica!

Plane was 6 hours late and news was not well communicated by the airline. You guys rescheduled on the fly, warned the resort for us. and the ride with Alan was not only impeccable but we had a great conversation during it!

We were picked up and dropped off by Anthony! Anthony was amazing and honestly there are no words to describe his amazing treatment towards us. He was helpful, informational about the island and activities, funny, we started talking like we’re were long time friends because he was so cool. I highly recommend this service. We felt safe and in good hands. Anthony was a true gentleman and we will definitely be using Viator transport again when we visit Jamaica in the future!
