We took the private transfer from the airport to Hyatt Zilara in Montego Bay. Our driver, Gene King was waiting for us with a sign and was very polite and courteous. He taught us a lot about Jamaica on our drive. We setup our return travel with Olando and he was very helpful. We would highly recommend them!

Our driver was courteous, communicative, and responsive. He was on time for both our arrival and departure from Montego Bay airport. Overall fantastic customer service experience! Will definitely use this business again for our next trip to Jamaica!

Orlando picked us up from the airport and he immediately felt like family. He had chilled Rum Punch waiting for us in the van. He also surprised us with meat pies while we waited for the rest of our family! He made us feel like we knew him for years. It was the best airport transportation that I have ever had! No one showed up to pick us up. I spoke to someone and they guaranteed they would be there to take us to ocean eden . NO ONE SHOWED

Michael was very nice. He was very informative and made the trip feel like nothing. Comfortable cars. Great drivers. I’d definitely use Island Life Tours Jamaica on our next trip to the island.

Orlando was very courteous & attentive. He was on time and was available throughout our trip to take us to & from venues. He also helped plan and arrange excursions, provided transportation to/from them, & stayed with us until it ended. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Montego Bay!

The vehicle was not already at the airport. A call was made for a pick up even when they called for my flight information the day before. My driver, Trey was friendly and professional.
