Cinque Terre is a coastal area within Liguria. It lies in the west of La Spezia, and comprises five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore.

Our driver, Nick, arrived on time and drove us to Cinque Terre, while providing some sightseeing details along the way. We picked up our guide, Liza, along the way, and she proceeded to educate us on the national park and information about the people and the 5 villages. We were on a tight time schedule, so were only able to see 2 of the villages. Liza led us on an amazing hike overlooking Manarola, then took us through the village itself for a brief lunch. On the way back, we got to stop at Pisa. Overall, a great trip.
