Maurizio is the best tour guide I’ve ever had, on any tour, anywhere in the world. I learned more from him on one tour than during a semester of Art History. He connects artists to apprentices and points out details of paintings in a way Ive never heard
When a medical emergency happened with a family member during a tour he took charge running to find museum officials, helping translate with paramedics and even following up the following day to see how things were going.
Could not recommend him more!

So very happy with Maurizio's private tour at the Musee d'Orsay. He shared insight not commonly known, the histories of paintings, the meanings, the why's, the "secrets" - absolutely fabulous. BEST tour we've ever had, and it was private. Fine art can be intimidating. Maurizio made it a really great experience. We would highly recommend! We will definitely book again when next in Paris. See you soon!!

Paris is sensational but be prepared because nothing there is small, all the museums are beyond gigantic, the Louvre, then, don't even mention it, if possible save a day for each attraction, maybe only the Arc de Triomphe can be done in. It doesn't take long, but if you take a walk along the Champs Elysees avenue, it changes things!!! Don't miss the Museé D'Orsey, it's great and so is its history. The Paris catacombs can also be done in a morning or afternoon. At night, a good restaurant, a little wine and it's complete!

This was the highlight of all our museum visits. Our guide Mauritzio was exceptional. His anecdotal way of explaining about the artists and paintings made them come to life and feel so personal. His depth of knowledge so impressive. He engaged us from the second the tour began until it ended. Please take this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Maurizio expertly guided us through the Orsay in a 2 hour tour. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly. We saw and learned so much more by having him as a guide than if we'd tried to navigate it on our own. We highly recommend Napoleone Tours for this beautiful museum.
