Having to stand in line to buy tickets as Viator never sent me the tickets I paid for!
Viator said they would send the tickets 24 hours in advance. I downloaded everything and all it said was "this is not a ticket" I figured it was me. I gave my phone to the young lady at the gate and she couldn't find the tickets either!! I had to go back and buy more tickets. Humiliating!

Musee D’Orsay was the highlight of a recent trip to Paris. The ease of purchasing a skip-the-line ticket through Viator was great. Even though it was a Sunday I got in with no waiting. The museum itself is amazing. Besides the regular holdings I especially enjoyed a special exhibit of Nathanaelle Herberlin’s work. Do not miss this experience!

We received no QR codes & only one admission & no receipt for the audio tour, so had to purchase one admission & audios when we’d already purchased them from you

Priority admission is good, but the audio is not good. It has nothing to do with the artwork. Also the museum closed at 5:30 pm. We have very limited time to see the artwork with a 4 pm entry.

We have booked skip the line ticket. We have arrived early, the staff refer us to different queue and we entered almost immediately!

The museum is fantastic and a must see …but I thought I was paying for a guided tour about some of the art pieces housed in the museum. Instead, I was provided with an AUDIO, ( not a person ), that only talked about the history of the building and its construction ,and NOT the art pieces within the museum .. very misleading. Do not recommend

We spent 5 hours at this museum and it was spectacular. We chose to do this museum instead of the Louvre, because its much smaller and contains most of our favorite artists.

I paid for the experience and received text messages with pdf files that were not tickets. I did not receive an email with tickets. I needed to purchase another set of tickets at the museum.

We got to see Van Gogh, Monet and many other painters from the impressionistic period. Easy entry, few crowds and quiet atmosphere.
