We are partners of Xcaret. My wife, my 15-year-old granddaughter and I went to Xavage to celebrate her birthday. We usually spent it in the park. It is very clean, tidy and has good signage, I especially want to highlight the experience of the rapids where we had a great time. We had a couple of raites with a person named Mayra, who maximized the experience of that adventure, she treated us well, pleasantly and we felt very safe with her. We hope that on the next trip, we will repeat this experience and if possible see it again. Greetings from Julio and Amparo!

I understand that there is a minimum height for most attractions but it seems illogical to me that in the slide area my 10 and 12 year old children cannot be with their little brother who is 5. Because there is a maximum height

Omg this is by far the best park I’ve been to , best value , no rip offs of staff taking photos then charging £20 per photo , this place £45 unlimited photos , we had 43 each , and all action shots , food was amazing breakfast and lunch all unlimited, staff friendly, and all activities awesome, short ques, paid £135 each for the whole day and transport included, I’d highly recommend this company and venue 🙏🈲

Pick up at hotel went smoothly. We stayed at Play Mujeres. Got to park when it opened. The only lineup was the Speedboat, that took an hour. The problem was we purchased the photo package. You cannot control how many pics you can take like you can with Xplor, or Xelha. So the number of pics is very limited compare to the other parks. This park cost more than Xplor. About one third of the pics did not show up and about 15 of the 70 pics were of other people. The kayak tour was the least popular of this park and now I know why. The water was disgusting and the smell was foul. The snack bar was limited as was the lunch buffet. They tried to cut cost by serving cheap food and you can tell by the selection and quality. With the amount of $$$ we paid, north worth it. First and last time here. Do not recommend this place.

Incredibly fun and challenging full day in a perfect and incredibly well-kept environment.
Visited the park for a full day between 08:00 - 17:00. All activities challenge you and your senses in their own way. The best is the power boat, the rafting and the off-road course. Remember to be at the rafting right when it opens if you want to try it, as the queues grow quickly.
The buffet that was included is also really good, which was the perfect end to a great day.

Armando is the best captain for the jet boat (Dragon Fly). Definitely recommend trying to get on his boat. He would not disappoint. His boat “driving skills” are insane. Super tight turns and awesome 360s.

Great experience would definitely recommend! When doing the water rafting I would definitely recommend Gustavo one the best guys there! He made the experience so much more fun! Today we spent the day in Xavage, it is a pure adrenaline park that is worth visiting. Unfortunately I sprained my foot rafting and they have been great to me. I wanted to thank the monitor Charlie, the girl who treated me with first aid who is on the circuit, Ramón the paramedic, Estrella and her visitor service colleague, and Bella from the snack bar because they are wonderful people. Thanks for everything! ❤️

The was INCREDIBLE!!!! This was the highlight of my trip to Cancun. It’s definitely worth the price if you love zipping, white water rafting, atvs, and swimming! Get the all inclusive pass!
